Our customer wanted this 10x20 Side Lofted Barn finished out for her craft room.
The shed was ordered with tar paper under the metal roofing and house wrap on the walls.
Two 2x3 double pane windows were also included on the order, along with transom windows in the double barn doors.
We started by running electrical throughout.
A breaker box, seven outlets, four light fixtures and two switches were installed.
The walls and ceiling were insulated with R-11 fiberglass insulation and 1/2" drywall was hung and taped.
An orange peel texture was applied to the walls and ceiling.
Two coats of Sherwin Williams primer got it ready for paint.
We installed RMAX foam insulation on the double barn doors and finished them out with 1/4" plywood.
Three recessed lights were installed under the right loft and a chandelier at the peak of the ceiling.
Our client chose Sherwin Williams SW6434-Spinach White for the walls and Barn White for the trim and baseboards.
Anniston Oak plank laminate was selected for the flooring and both lofts.
The shed arrived at it's new home looking just like it did on our lot.
Our client was thrilled with her custom shed!!
